Chicago is still stunning, with its skyscraper skyline and a lake that blends into the sky. The hotel is also quite upscale, offering a $25 voucher for use at the ground floor lobby. It acts as a direct cash deduction, not including tip, and is enough for a decent Western meal.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Chicago River, and super close to Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago, and Navy Pier. The room was quite spacious, but the service was just average.

$35 daily hotel fee and $90 parking is ridiculous. Bill was an extra $650 and “lost” $250 sunglasses out of my sunglasses holder in my truck. No pool.

The hotel is very close to the Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile, and The Bean. The area felt safe, and both Wildberry and deep-dish pizza places were within walking distance.

The room has a great view and the location is quite good too. You can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile and it's not far from anywhere. The service attitude was also good. I'll probably book here again next time I visit!

Cannot fault. Car parking is expensive but that is the price of a central location

The hotel boasts a truly excellent location, outperforming some pricier options. It's incredibly convenient for catching a cruise, right at the doorstep! The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Thumbs up!

The location is great but facility is old

Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.
