Cozy 2BR/1BA Garden Apartment Near Lincoln Square

The property is a basement level apartment in a building with other tenants. Any movement in the upper apartments is heard clearly including when the neighbors have a party until 3am. The space itself is in need of a deep clean and smelled musty upon entering. The supplies in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were almost empty or watered down to the point of no longer being soapy. In addition, you have no control over the thermostat as it is controlled remotely by the owners which requires you to message them for any adjustments. Overall, the space met our needs as it provided a safe place to sleep but it needs some TLC, especially for the price per night.

Perfect location for the weekend event. Good communication from host. Would stay here again.

Very clean, nicely decorated apartment. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Decent Place The place was clean but very cold even when the heat was requested to be turned up. Probably just part of being in a basement. Overall, it was a great place but wish there was a Keurig and complimentary coffee. Coffee was the one thing I didn’t think about bringing.

Way too expensive Definitely a cozyarden apartment g Dungy and drab. Very low cielings on. But the worst thing was absolutely no where to park

5day stay Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and the L train. Decent amenities and overall worked great for 3 friends to enjoy a Chicago vacation
