No much amenities in the hotel just the room, the front desk was helpful when I left my phone in the room. Room was clean and everything you need in an apartment was present. Somehow I haven’t got the type of room I booked…

I was worried because there were no reviews, but the facilities were exactly as pictured.
Easy check-in and check-out.
While it's a bit far from the subway station, it's close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for grocery shopping. Navy Pier is a 5-10-minute walk away, making it easily accessible. It's clean and quiet, so I highly recommend it!
The streets get particularly dark after sunset.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Close to tourist destinations. Only problem was noise from fitness room above our unit with weights being dropped on floor above our head during the night.

Our particular room was outfitted nice, but the entire thing was painted a dark brown and had min light. Very dark overall and no door on the bedroom. The AC vent was also right smack over the bed and the pull out sofa. So every time it turned out, it woke you up!

They cancelled my reservation an hour before we were set to check in, calling it merely a "systems issue." Left us in the lurch. Very unprofessional.
