Hotel Francs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.
Hotel Port Plaza Chiba

The location is great and the lobby has a high ceiling and is open. The rooms are large and the parking lot is free, but it is difficult to take a bath because the bath is easy to clog and the water drainage is poor. The bed mattress is ok, but the pillows are not good. I thought the breakfast buffet was not very good. I was curious that the employees were taking buffet salads and drinks with the customers, and I was surprised that the employees also had breakfast at the same buffet as the customers. Normally, when customers are using the buffet, do employees mix with customers to cook? The front desk clerk felt normally good, but the breakfast employees were insane and pulled quite a bit. The room is large but disillusioned with the quality of the pillows, the poor drainage in the bathroom, and the insane attitude of the elderly female employees at the breakfast venue. No repeat.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.
The Qube Hotel Chiba

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️
Hotel the Manhattan

I was refraining from going out even after the restrictions on refraining from going out were over, so after the Go To Travel campaign started, I decided to stay at the hotel to start with a staycation. From check-in, infectious disease control was properly done and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The room was made into a luxury double room, so the bathroom did not shine light, but after a long time, I was able to spend a relaxing and calm time in a bubble bath. Afternoon tea was closed on weekdays, so I bought Mont Blanc and pudding at the bakery & cake ”Santo Nore” and had it in the seating area of my room. The cutlery was a mechanism to call the reception. I forgot to tell him that it was a pudding, and in the end, the spoon returned to the store on the first floor and got a simple one, but the staff 々 was polite and I liked it. Especially Mont Blanc was delicious with rum. Next time, I would like to stay in a different room.
