Location and service are perfect!!
Air conditioning is the best I ever in Japan.
My personal advice is maybe more space for luggage will be excellent.

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

A hotel with high CP value. Just get out of Kaihama Makuhari Station and walk through the OUTLET. Although the hotel is quite old, it can be seen that it was once a high-end hotel. Including the lobby and reception, they are all very high-quality and distinctive. Breakfast was served on the top floor with stunning sea views.
