I was very impressed with my stay here. The atmosphere was lovely and offered a high degree of privacy. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and all the amenities were complete. All the staff were cheerful and provided full-hearted service. It was a truly impressive vacation in Chiang Rai. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I have the chance.

This is the best hotel in Chiang Rai, and one of the best in Thailand. It's brand new. I'm planning to return for a longer stay soon because I absolutely love the extensive breakfast and the lush green courtyard with ancient trees. Cycling around the grounds every day brings me so much joy. The service is also top-notch; whether it's the front desk, restaurant, or room service, everyone is excellent. Special commendation for the breakfast! I have three suggestions for improvement: 1. Please carefully check the bedding selection. It feels a bit rough and not smooth. 2. Install smart toilets with bidet functions (you only need to add a bidet seat). 3. There's a very tall, large tree outside the breakfast area, but unfortunately, I don't know why there are no squirrels 🐿️. If possible, please introduce some squirrels 🐿️; they would be a great, free marketing tool and would capture guests' hearts. I really like you all.

We stayed in a pool-access room and had an issue with poor soundproofing. We could hear our neighbors constantly moving furniture. When we called to report it, the staff mentioned it was a family with children. I understand the hotel might have done its best to manage the situation, but the noise persisted from morning till night. I think they should provide more drinking water. Other five-star hotels usually offer two bottles in the room and two in the bathroom, but this hotel only provided two bottles in total. The bedsheets and blanket weren't very soft or smooth, and the pillows were uncomfortable – they felt lumpy and flat when sleeping. The breakfast restaurant was good, with delicious and varied options. However, the dinner restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to long waits for food and for someone to take our order. Despite this, the staff tried their best to provide good service.

Everything was great! But I have to complain about the set dinner – it really wasn't very good. There were three options: appetizer, main course, and dessert. The dessert was okay, though. It was my first time visiting, and I couldn't find any reviews, so I booked the dinner. I recommend trying the other restaurant in the hotel. The dishes there looked very refined, and the prices weren't too expensive either. It's a shame I only stayed one night and didn't get to try it.

This is a really great hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The atmosphere is excellent. Overall, I was very impressed.

The environment is quiet and secluded, but a bit remote. The hotel is large, but seems understaffed. Parking is free, but there are barriers that hinder entry and exit. They claim to have a spa, but it's still under construction. The breakfast is delicious, but needs to be purchased separately.
