Most of the hardware facilities are good, but the trash cans in the room and toilet are too small. The overall atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good too. The pool is also great. The free bicycle rental service is also very good, but it is recommended to pay more attention to the brake problem. The brakes of some bicycles feel a bit loose. The location is very good, quiet and quiet. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. I had paid all the housing payments online in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional deposit of 2,000 baht on site, which shocked us. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit. Although the staff was still very polite, what we felt was insincerity and even a bit contemptuous. The staff said they were afraid that we would damage the facilities in the room, so they needed to pay a security deposit, which would be returned to us after we checked out. We still gave us 2,000 yuan, but it caused us inconvenience because we had to go directly to the airport to leave Thailand after checking out, so returning us 2,000 yuan in cash after checking out was very troublesome for us and took up time on our trip. in budget. So the next day we told the staff that please return the cash to us. We can temporarily swipe the card instead. However, when we checked out on the last day, they said that we could not swipe the money back. We need to withhold the two thousand yuan and wait for 14 days. If there is no problem It will be brushed back. We don’t understand again here. If cash can be refunded immediately, why do you have to wait 14 days to swipe a card? We understand that tourists from a certain country may have caused losses to the hotel, which led to your reaction, but it is really uncomfortable for us to face the guests with a suspicious or even contemptuous attitude. Although the staff was very polite and tried their best when explaining Keep smiling, but we can feel the insincerity and discrimination underneath the smile.

Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

nice location inside the old town, the hotel itself is old and you need to be quiet after 10pm, looks like a family owned hotel all handled by the son and the dad which are both very friendly and able to speak English, the beds are big but not the softest, the doors need to be locked by a key and don't look very safe but you can store your stuff in a safe at the reception if you worry about safety, the shower is always nice and hot water BUT my biggest negative point is that the water doesn't really flow down the drain and creates a big puddle in the whole bathroom. swimmingpool is alright nothing special, you can sit outside and eat or drink your own stuff you bought if you want to. overall I would book the hotel again because of the location, the price and the staff because I'm okay with having wet feet in the bathroom.

Popular room that smells a little strange I thought it had been used for a while. The bathroom is rather dark and smells a little like aquarium. The smell was disappeared after we had taken a shower and the next morning was nothing more to see, so it is mainly because of the lack of use, the hotel is really not far from the center and is perfectly walking. The breakfast was not good, the coffee was absolutely no recommender, but the beds are softer than most in Thailand, and we had no noise burden.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in November for five nights. The hotel was lovely, clean with spacious rooms. The staff tried their best and were always friendly when you arrived back at the hotel. The only downside was the wet room style bathroom with no window. Great location in the old town, the main sights are only a few minutes walk away!

The hotel is located in the old town, the location is ideal, the travel is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The room is also spacious and clean. Only the water power is not enough, and the heat power is also slightly insufficient. Breakfast is a semi-buffet but some food arrived cold which could be improved. Overall, I can still recommend it to others.

Because the epidemic needs to be transferred to a third country, I stayed here for 14 days. I thought it was very difficult for two weeks. As a result, this hotel made me feel back home. The hotel is located in the main city and the annex is very convenient. The hotel staff is very good and very friendly. Many people speak Chinese. Since it has just opened, The hotel equipment is very new, the decoration style is also very avant-garde, the room will provide electric mosquito coils. The roof of the hotel can be up, you can see Sutte Mountain. The TV is a network TV, you can watch youtube. The speed is very fast. It is rare here in Chiang Mai. The breakfast is particularly rich, and Chinese dinner can be With reservations, it is especially delicious. In general, the price is very high. After the epidemic, I will come here to play in Chiang Mai again!
