Brand new hotel, excellent location, very satisfied with hotel facilities and room layout, and very good service. Chrysanthemum tea and snacks are also provided when checking out, which is very heartwarming. There is a Lanzhou Ramen shop near the hotel, which is very authentic and is good news for friends who love pasta. It was a great hotel with awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Location was fantastic, across roads were Maya mall and infront hotel was one Ninman. White market bazaar was nearby and good for late night shopping. We stayed for 3 nights, overall a great stay, swimming pool was under renovation, didn't manage to access it and it was a great pity but they offered alternatives. Housekeeping service could be better improvised as they didn't manage to replenish the bath lotion after 1st night.

The description of the hotel as a gallery hotel with 5* rating fooled me into booking for 2 nights stay. While the hotel is located at the very centre of Chiang Mai, it is not up to 5*: the breakfast was not that good compared to a normal 3* hotel, the room was not clean, towels were as old as 2 years never changed.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the hotel over the New Years holiday. The staff at check-in was friendly as expected in Thailand. The hotel lobby furniture was slightly oversized for its space as we had to walk around it to get to the elevator. Our room was comfortable and large enough for our two moderately sized suite cases. We booked a room with breakfast, which was one of the best we have had at a hotel. We each got to order a couple dishes off the menu, which were excellently presented and tasted excellent. Additionally, there was a buffet with pastries, fruits, etc. Unfortunately, due to our early schedule two of the days we could not get the hot breakfast. On our last morning they provided a packed breakfast, which was a sandwich and other less memorable food. The hot breakfast was the most memorable thing for us about the hotel. I did also like the room design. In terms of hotel location, it is fairly central with shopping malls and restaurants a 5 – 10 minute walk away. We found traffic to be really slow around New Years with lots of Thais. This was my second time to Chiang Mai with my first trip in July over a decade ago. During both trips we had a friend who lives in Chiang Mai drive us around. I would say traffic during our first trip was not memorable, unlike at New Years. This made getting to the hotel from the main street slow and it may be better to pickup taxi/grab/ride on a main street. It may also be worth checking out when busy times are in Chiang Mai to have a more enjoyable trip.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

Great location for dining and shopping at One Nimman by just few minutes walk. (The picture is of a rooftop cafe there) Staff are very helpful with good manners. And the most impressive thing is how big of the room!! There are 2 TV and 2 air conditioners, one in living room and another in bedroom. Highly recommended, it’s very worth for paying. P.S. there is no toothbrush in the room, please bring your own.

We wanted to share our experience during our stay at your hotel. We were very impressed with everything! The accommodation was top-notch, with a clean and beautiful bedroom that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast variety was also fantastic, and we particularly loved trying out Kaeng Hang Lay, a dish whose name we were unsure but the taste is awesome. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay at Moose Hotel Nimman and would definitely consider coming back to stay again. The location is excellent, just on Manning Road, 2-3 minutes walk from Manning One. The hotel is on the street but not noisy. The service staff inside the hotel are very kind and always say hello with a smile, even the security guard at the door will greet you. The hygiene is also very good. It is worth mentioning that this toilet is a smart toilet, which is relatively rare in Chiang Mai hotels. The only regret is that there is no swimming pool.

A particularly pleasant trip. I was lucky enough to book this hotel. It is in the center of Nimman Road, opposite to Nimman One, and it is also very close to the Maya shopping mall. There are Internet celebrity shops near the hotel, which is so convenient. Most of the front desk staff can speak Chinese and the communication is barrier-free. I will stay here next time I come to Chiang Mai.

Located near Maya Mall and the White market night market. all just a stone throw away. Not to mention its also near Monkey Bikes. a shop where you can rent bikes and explore more of Chiang Mai. Took us a while to find the location tho because they were renovating their front (restaurant) . the path to the hotel is a small passageway to the back. The staff was super friendly, as what you would come to expect from warm and hospitable Thai people. always with a smile on their face. We arrived to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. when we came back. the staff had carried it to our rooms. I know this is something people come to expect from hotels but mind you this is a boutique and small hotel so it was a lovely surprise. the room was comfortable and the bed as 5/5 for us. just envelopes you after a long day of exploring and shopping and eating. tv was big and had the usual smart tv set up. so you can sit was and enjoy the movies and series while having your off day.
