A very beautiful and cultural hotel with a great location. On the day of check-in, there was thunder and lightning, and the power was out for a period of time. (I would also like to thank Ctrip’s customer service for the communication during this period.) The next day, the boss sent a bucket of tea as a token of appreciation. apology! Eating breakfast in the courtyard, the environment is romantic and elegant, a very wonderful experience! Friends who want to experience a Thai-style hotel should be a good choice!

The environment is small, but exquisite. The most important thing is that it is very close to Ningman Road, but it is very quiet. There is a bar downstairs, but there is almost no sound after 12 o'clock. The only problem is that the air conditioner is leaking... I almost soaked my passport...

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and a lady even brought a cake for my birthday on the day I checked in. Will come again if I have the chance.

I was traveling with an infant. I liked everything about the interior and tiles so much that I wanted to live here ♡ I always stay in the old town because it's convenient, but this time I looked for it in Nimmanhaemin for the first time, and I'm really glad I came here. I took my child to the pool for the first time at the hotel and had a relaxing time. In the evening, I was able to go on a date with my husband at the hotel bar. The lively place with the loud music was a pain for families with children, so it was nice to have a calm bar where you could relax. Unlike the area around the old city, Nimmanhaemin was easier to get around with an infant. There are many cafes around, which is convenient. This is where I will stay when I come to Chiang Mai. I'll come back later.

The decoration is great, very Thai retro style hotel, very close to Nimman Road. Perfect for vacation.

The environment is very good. I like it very much. It is convenient to travel. However, the sound insulation is limited. The sound of passing airplanes is relatively loud. The nearby bar is also very noisy at night. Friends who are light sleepers should consider this.

It’s really the best value for money in Thailand. The breakfast is great and you can stay there for 5 days without repeating it.

Location: The furthest distance to major attractions is about a 15-minute drive. There are several Michelin restaurants within walking distance, and there is a 7-11 in 2 minutes. Hotel environment: quite Thai style, small and beautiful environment, with a small swimming pool. However, because it is an enclosed building, if there are guests who are excited at night, the soundproofing of the room cannot prevent noise. Hygiene: The hygiene of normal rooms above the 2nd floor is quite good. They put good-smelling aromatherapy in the bathroom and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The room type next to the suite on the first floor was much different. The room had a musty smell and there were blood stains on the bathroom wall. Service: There is no problem with the customer service. Because of some unfair treatment issues I encountered at the front desk, I have some doubts about whether the hotel treats mainland guests and European and American guests differently. Finally, I would like to praise Ctrip: Ctrip can respond and coordinate very quickly for any unpleasant events that occur during the stay.
