The hotel is near Chiang Mai Bus Terminal– about a 10-minute walk. The room is fine with basic facilities: bed, hot water shower, small refrigerator, towels, and drinking water. WiFi is available in the room.

Receptionist did not speak a word english and did not show us the room. The location is perfeft if you need to take a bus to somewhere (Pai, Bangkok) but if not the location is worthless. There are no open restaurants after 8 PM. The room was extremely dirty, there was a lot of mold in the showers (which is just very bad for your health. The showers were extremely dirty and just a miserable showerjet. There was a cockroach and other insects in our room. Would not recommend unless you need to take a bus in the morning and cleaniness does not bother you.

Nice place. There was an issue with the water heater, but the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Good to go if you can’t find any bookings available in town. The staff was a bit unfriendly and everything looks a bit old, which doesn’t make us feel very comfortable. For the price and my needs on the day though, that was good.

Good as near Bus Station. I decided to book and happy with my decision. The cats though destroyed salon at reception and overall the facility is ok

Booked this hotel since it was close to chiang mai bus terminal, served its purpose for a few hours of sleep since we landed in the early morning and had to catch the bus to chiang rai on the same day, hotel is super outdated, hot water wasn’t working but front desk fixed the problem, they provided 2 bottles of mineral water, soap and shampoo, walking distance to mcdonalds and 7-11, price is really cheap but commensurate to hotel stay, you get what you paid for

Strategy location, suitable for backpackers

Not really recommend if you want a clean and cozy place to stay.

A nice hotel in a remote area

The hotel has a great location and is very budget-friendly, but it desperately needs renovation. The rooms and building, especially the bathroom, are in poor condition with mold... The atmosphere is dark and uninviting, making it feel a bit depressing. However, if you just need a cheap place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time outside, it’s manageable for a short stay.
