1. Sadly room 417 too noisy, about 50m from highway 11. 2. The bed is horrible, two single bed coupled together and called king size bed.

Good location and services. Really big room with cheap price. I would like to recommend for people who want quiet place hotel in Chiangmai capital city.

Second time staying at this hotel and never disappointed. Super helpful and friendly staff. The swimming pool is clean and the bubble bath in the suite is fantastic. Excellent value for money when compared to similar listings. Will for sure stay again.

Hotel room is oddly designed. Disappointed having told reception twice that my hot water wasn't working well and no one ever made an attempt to fix it. I am surprised it is a 4 star hotel. Good location if you want to be based just outside the Old City.

Although the hotel is located a little far from the city, the environment is quiet and comfortable. Each room is an independent bungalow. There is no noise from upstairs or next door. The breakfast food on the first day was not hot enough, but the restaurant staff were very accommodating and improved a lot on the second day. The hotel building is mainly made of logs and has a unique style. Although the rooms are not very large, they are comfortable and spacious. The only thing that needs to be improved is the room phone. It can't be connected and is useless. I can't contact the service desk and I have to walk there to get things. Overall quite satisfied.

Clean, very good service. Peaceful and being with nature is very refreshing. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. But it has everything All the housekeepers and employees speak very nicely. Everyone smiles.

This hotel is very good. It is a good choice for you who travel independently. The hotel has motorcycles that can be rented for 300 baht a day. Couples in Chiang Mai can rent a motorcycle for a ride. It is a very romantic thing. It is also close to Maya Mall. Very close to Ningman Road, motorcycles are delivered to your door.

The room is good, clean, the bed is a little hard. Elderly people will probably like it.
