Location is good at Nimmanhemin Road. Parking is available but limited. The room is super big, very convenient for family, separate bed room from living room. However, due to this hotel is near to Airport and surround with restaurant and pub, the sound at night might be loud. Breakfast served as a set (set A-D) good and enough.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was great. The location is excellent and the breakfast was pretty good. It feels a bit old, but there were no issues during my stay.

“On the day I traveled, the water heater didn’t work very well. The water temperature kept changing between hot and cold, and after a while the water heater turned itself off. The room quality was fair for the price.

Excellent location right in the heart of Nimman, a popular tourist area. The room was clean with four pillows. Although the hotel is a bit older, it has all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and a separate kitchenette. This price is an absolute steal!

This hotel are valued and great location! The room was very clean and the staffs are very friendly. Definitely recommended and can’t wait to stay there once again when I have a chance to visit Chiangmai.

Conveniently located in Nimman.

Chose this hotel for the location and bigger room size and it did not disappoint us. Aircon is ok, hot water ok but pressure a bit weak. The room has a pantry area with a microwave oven, kettle, plates and cups. Ideal for a longer stay of a week or two. The breakfast sets, 6 options, are tasty. The only problem we had was that the door lock malfunctioned twice during the 4 days we are here, once at 1am and we have to wait for about 45 min.

I got a great deal for this hotel from booking an air ticket. Center of Nimman, spacious room, but quite basic.

This is my first time writing a review, I enjoyed my trip at Baiyoke Ciao very much. I found the staff very hospitable and attentive. The room offered was large, more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room, and the room was cleaned to a great standard everyday. The hotel operations team should be proud of themselves for maintaining a consistent and great service.

It is in a good location, with restaurant, shopping mall, massage, etc nearby in walking distance. The hotel room and facilities are a bit old, and a bit noisy when flights fly around.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Convenient for getting around the city and great value for the price. Suitable for a simple and pleasant stay in Chiang Mai.

The location is great, but everything else is just okay, which is to be expected for the price. It's a fair deal.
