The room was nice and spacious, with a kitchen area. The hotel offers a fitness center, a large swimming pool for adults and children, various food options, and a large parking area.

The location is perfect for family. Not busy but reachable to tourist spots. Very close to night market. The room is really big. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice and helpful.

Pros: friendly staff, great view, and delicious breakfast. Room was great other than the bathroom. The whole bathroom was covered in mold :(. The pool looks pretty but has a bird problem. Saw multiple birds using it as a bathroom. Gym has good equipment but smells moldy.

Very comfortable, nice hotel, with some good amenities. We availed of the pool during our stay. The breakfast was nice and the staff we're very accommodating. In a nice quiet area for a relaxing and restful stay.

This hotel converted from apartment. You can book studio to two bedrooms styles. The room is huge and facilities in the room likes microwaves, fridge and table and sofa are more than adequate. 7/11 is two minutes walking distance. Jing Jai Market is 500 meters’ away that a lot of food stalls to try out.

The location was a little far from the city. Overall, it's a vry good place to stay! Service is good. Staff very friendly. I love the breakfast. Would love to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel in 2016 and 2017, and I came back to stay again in 2026. Ten years ago, my older son was 4 years old; now, my younger son is 6, and my older son is 12. Ten years have passed, and things have changed. The service felt different too; it used to be more welcoming, now it's more formal. Anyway, I have many wonderful memories at the hotel. I hope they can upgrade the services for families with children.

The environment is excellent, situated in a large courtyard with a spacious parking lot. It's quiet, has fresh air, and offers views of mountains in the distance. It's a bit far from Chiang Mai's old city and new shopping areas (Maya, Central), with a taxi ride costing approximately 60 baht one way. However, it's very close to the rainforest market on weekends. Although the hotel's renovations are a bit dated, it's generally well-maintained. The rooms are large, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and a balcony for drying clothes. There's also a great swimming pool and a gym (which I didn't go into). Overall, it offers good value for around 200 baht. There's also the Napatra Hotel, a cheaper option under the same company, located next door in the courtyard. The only slight drawback is the lack of disposable slippers (just regular cotton slippers). The shower is in a bathtub, which isn't ideal for the elderly or those with mobility issues. I hope the hotel can improve on this.
