An affordable hotel with excellent quality. The front desk staff provides great service, and there's a 24-hour security guard, which makes you feel very safe. The cleaning is also very hygienic. The shower water temperature is adjustable, and the water pressure feels just right. Highly recommended!

This is a small hotel with only a few rooms. The common areas are beautifully photographed, and breakfast is served at their own cafe, which is the kind of 'pretty meal' you'd expect from a Korean owner's style. The room facilities are quite simple. However, the biggest issue is its location right by the road, so if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider.

The hotel breakfast is quite a popular cafe below where there are list of menu you can choose from. There is baby chair available in the cafe. Cookies and drinking water are free flow for the whole day. Walking distance of around 15mins to Nimman Road. We are pleased of the stay!

I booked a family room for my stay. The hygiene was good, and everything looked new and clean. The check-in process was smooth: since we arrived on an early flight, we left our luggage at reception and returned to the hotel at night. The staff were kind enough to send our luggage directly to the room once it was ready. A male receptionist greeted us, showed us to the room, and briefly explained hotel information such as breakfast times and the rule that certain foods are not allowed inside the hotel. The next morning after breakfast, one staff member politely asked if we could pre-order breakfast for the following day. I mentioned I would do it later as I was in a rush. However, a female staff member insisted strongly, saying we should order immediately because the cut-off time was 4 p.m. Her tone felt quite harsh and impolite. During our three-night stay, slippers were not replenished daily, and ours became broken and dirty. I requested four new pairs, but the male receptionist initially refused. After I explained the situation, he eventually provided them. On our check-out day, two trainees came to help carry our luggage to reception since there was no lift. They were very kind and warm. Unfortunately, the check-out experience was disappointing. The same female staff member asked us to wait while the room was checked. After a few minutes, she questioned me about eight pairs of slippers, saying four were missing. I explained that we had thrown away four pairs because they were broken and dirty, and had already informed the male receptionist. We kept the remaining four to wear after check-out since it was raining. She said we were not allowed to throw away or take slippers and initially wanted to charge us. I refused, explaining that no one had informed me of this rule at check-in. Her loud tone made me feel embarrassed, especially with another family nearby. After repeated explanations, she finally said she would inform the manager and not charge us. I thought the matter was settled. Later, I bought three ice pops and asked her to store them in the fridge until we collected our luggage. She agreed, but when we returned before heading to the airport, the ice pops had melted completely — she hadn’t refrigerated them. We didn’t ask why, as we were in a hurry, but it was disappointing to realize this in the car.

Probably my favourite hotel so far:) As a female solo-traveller, I felt so safe there. People who work in this hotel are the sweetest everrr! Their attention to details and sincerity in service were felt and deeply appreciated by me. The design of the hotel is very stylish and minimalistic, I liked the concept and the colors, and once again the attention to the details! The colors are comforting and earthy (?), the environment is pleasant to return to after a long day of travelling and exploring Chiang Mai. Had one the best sleep there as well! But yeah, for the most part, I just want to thank people who work there, you all are amazing!

Stay 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel room is cozy and spacious. But it’s just a small hotel, do not have lift.

The hotel's street-facing location was too noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Everything else was fine.

Great location, very convenient for shopping. The breakfast was delicious and served at the coffee shop next door. The room was quite spacious but felt a bit damp, which seems to be common in Chiang Mai hotels. All in all, it's a very good choice, the room was clean, and I would stay here again.

The best hotel in our trip. Worth money and really feel relax. Huge room and convenience location 💕.

A little cozy hotel with minimal decoration. Short stay but impressed.

Spacious room size, hotel is next to famous Moon Cafe which the food is really good. The hotel is clean and neat. Not convenient for big luggage’s which they do have lift to bring up to the floor. Overall is good suitable for short stay. Surrounding nothing much to eat but luckily 7 eleven within walking distance.

Clean, but no public facilities. Soundproofing could be better.

The hotel offers a wonderfully pleasant and comfortable environment. Entry and exit are secured by a key card system. The front desk is staffed from 9 AM to 9 PM, and after 9 PM, a security guard is present at the entrance, ensuring a very high level of security. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all amenities, including bathrobes. A small wall-mounted CD player in the room was a nice touch. I slept wonderfully throughout my three-day stay! A special thank you for the excellent hospitality during my visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!

A superb hotel with excellent decor and design. It's conveniently located very close to Nimman Road, yet surprisingly quiet. The room even features a Bluetooth speaker, making it feel just like home as I could play music right after getting back. Highly recommended!!
