SYN Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

The location is quite convenient, but the facilities are not great. There's no conditioner and no iron. The most annoying thing is having to re-enter the Wi-Fi password every single day. The breakfast also had very limited options.

The room decor was very simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bathroom facilities. The showerhead was a standard model, and it was leaking initially, so it needed replacing. The hairdryer was also broken and had to be swapped out. The hotel breakfast was quite good. Every day, a server would take orders for freshly cooked eggs, noodles, and drinks, and the service was excellent! (I really apologize for forgetting to bring cash for tips every morning! I finally remembered on the last day and tipped for all the previous days). Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, getting taxis and such is very convenient. The downside of its location is that you can't walk to commercial areas. The most beautiful part of the hotel is definitely the pool – it's absolutely fantastic for photos! The staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's design is incredibly photogenic, and the service is excellent. The rooms are new and spacious, with smart toilets, and even a pool! A special shout-out to the welcome drink – it was absolutely delicious! The only downside is the slightly remote location, but on the flip side, it's closer to attractions like the Art Village and Coconut Grove Market than the Old City. Plus, they have a pink shuttle bus, which is just adorable!!!

Clean, and close to the city center and shopping malls. The food ordered was cheap and delicious! The hotel itself is bright and airy. The staff were also good! I wish I had stayed here from the beginning. The pool is clean.

It's a thoughtful touch that the room has a dehumidifier. The air conditioning unit is a bit noisy though.

The hotel pool is really nice and very Instagrammable! It's a bit far from Maya Mall, but they have a shuttle bus that will take you there if you tell them in advance. There isn't a 7-Eleven nearby, which is a bit inconvenient. It's smart to buy anything you need before heading back.
