Narinthra Heritage

Wouldn’t have put this as a 5*, however the staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make you happy. The room was nice but didn’t like the lack of wardrobe space and the lights (aircon, television etc) can be a pain when you’re trying to sleep. The cocktails by the pool (served by the lovely Monika) were definitely a highlight. The breakfast, not so much- everything was either cold or lukewarm-whether you ordered it or got it from the buffet. Would I stay here again? Probably if I got a good deal!

Wonderful boutique hotel with amazing staff, pool, and accommodations. The hotel staff is so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel like family from the moment you arrive until departure. This is what I always notice at a great stay. It’s the staff that makes it remarkable. The room decor, pool area, and landscape is excellent!

Five night stay and we didn’t want to leave. This place was beautiful, the service could not have been better, loved the breakfast buffet and poolside service. Location was off the busy road and made for a tranquil, yet excellent walkable location. By far one of our favorite hotels.

I booked the Narinthra Heritage for our New Year 5 night trip to Chiang Mai and we weren’t disappointed, the hotel has just opened and is brand new, everything was just perfect, it is a beautiful boutique hotel, the rooms, facilities, pool etc were all spotlessly clean and kept that way day and night. Much deserved thanks to all the staff at the hotel for the service we received it was top notch! Highly recommend this hotel, very close to Thapae Gate area, down a lane which makes for a very quiet stay. The pool is heated and very beautiful, the breakfasts were superb with a special option every morning, freshly cooked egg selection and everything else you could wish for. This hotel will be very successful, the staff were an absolute delight, thank you for a great stay in Chiang Mai, we loved it and will certainly return, best wishes from a very snowy and cold Scotland!
