The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging our transport reservations. The hotel has a lovely dining area and a pool overlooking the Ping River, which made the stay extra relaxing. It’s also conveniently located near a few attractions, including Michelin-recommended spots like Ekachan restaurants.

My every need was taken care of. The staff all spoke fluent English. I went in rainy season, so there was a leak from rain. The roof was repaired promptly. The receptionists are also clued up on local facilities such as gyms, massages and food. They’re also really kind. Breakfast is until 10, which suits late risers. My “suite room with river view” was quite spacious. Enjoy a gorgeous riverside stay in Chiang Mai. Many blessings to the staff of i-River.

I recently stayed at the I-River Chiangmai Hotel and had a great experience. The facilities were clean, especially the pool area with a lovely view of the Ping River. The Hommie breakfast was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai.

I booked two rooms and was greeted with a rude guest. The hotel is small, like a small Chinese hotel. There's a bar across the river and another on the street, and the noise level is very loud. I contacted the front desk, and they said all rooms are the same. It's not recommended for families with children or the elderly. The bed headboard isn't a solid wall, but wood, suggesting the building is wooden. The balcony is separated from the bed by a sliding glass door, and the entire room is completely soundproof. For under 300, it's not worth the price. I changed hotels that night. Everyone should be careful when booking. The Premium logo isn't worth it.

The environment is ok, clean, but the lighting in the room is very dim, and the sheets are small. There is 24 hour water and coffee supply quite good, location is good, poolside has river views, walk to old town is more than 10 minutes.

I booked this hotel for my quick business trip to Chiang mai. I did not expect much but turned out it was a less well-known lovely gem in Chiang Mai. The location was by the river, with the hotel ground, i could enjoy the river view anytime I wanted. The common area next to the pool was another area I found very pleasant to sit in. They provided coffee, tea, water and some snacks. The room had adequate lights ( I wish there were brighter) good size and nice with a little balcony. The breakfast was full of local food which I found very unique for this size of hotel. It was variety, many choices and delicious. The staff were friendly. Oh one thing to be concern if you were a light sleeper. There were some noises from the club nearby i guessed that I could here it in the room.
