Property definitely had great potential and/or was very nice, but there was lack of basic maintenance around the hotel and in our room. Our employee at check in had zero enthusiasm and provided us zero information on our room, the hotel, or any other pertinent information.

Staff is super friendly and always available. I got in close to 1am and everyone was very attentive and welcoming. Room was good. Facility was very clean and orderly. I felt safe to be there.

Excellent breakfast, cooked to order omelets. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Love the bedroom has a seperate door to block noose and lights from the living room.
Staff was very nice, polite.
Close to King of Prussia mall.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now, as it is close to family. We enjoy the spacious rooms and the trails nearby. I do have to say that this time we had a terrible experience with one employee. He was very rude and nasty when I called with a question ahead of time and he hung up on me. His attitude and actions were totally unacceptable and made me consider changing my reservation. That being said, there was a female employee upon check in and check out who was super nice.
