The hotel was generally clean, but parking was limited, so I parked next door. When I went downstairs that evening, the hotel experienced a power outage – the first time I'd ever encountered this. The elevator was also out of power, so I couldn't go up. We had someone temporarily generate electricity, but the generator was very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. The most crucial problem was that due to the limited power, the air conditioning couldn't cool the room, leaving it at 30°C. I was sweltering all night, covered in sweat, and unable to sleep. I called the front desk, but they didn't offer me a fan or anything; they just said, ”That's how it is...” The next day, I was extremely drowsy. A truly terrible experience.

The little girl at the front desk is very warm, the service is in place, that is, when you are busy, you can't care about people, the room is very good, the health is very clean, the room configuration is quite complete, praise!

The room is clean and sanitary, the window is large and the view is good. The lady is very polite and will take the initiative to say hello when she meets. The lady at the front desk is even more warm and thoughtful. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. The facilities are very complete and there is a washing machine. It was a very satisfactory stay. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Yizhang next time!
