Stayed on the first day on a trip to Chennai. The hotel is in a small alley, but it is close to about 4 minutes walk from the LIC station of Chennai Metro. Water and carbonated beverages are sold at the front desk at market prices. There is no refrigerator, and the amenities are only bath towels and shampoo, but it is not possible to do it for the price. Breakfast is from 8:00 to India breakfast, from 8:30 to bring continental breakfast to your room, but breakfast in India was delicious with a gentle taste.

This hotel is very close to 2 very busy roads and a very busy petrol pump which operates 24 hrs.Hotel need double glazing windows.This is good to stay maximum 3 nights if more it’s a nightmare.Rooms are spacious,clean with all amenities eg kettle tea/coffee,free bottle of water per day,safe AC and fan. Food good but repetitive.Rest staff good but they work under stress,Had few issues in room service n restaurant like stone in soup,order forgotten etc.Gautam was excellent.Be careful buffet price goes up during weekends n nobody inform in house guests.Later saw a notice in restaurant wall which nobody read. We stayed a long time , have never seen hotel ***ager greet or talk to a guest and once we saw him shouting at a staff in front of guests. WiFi very bad in rooms 2 nd floor.Everytime had to contact reception for password.Very inconvenient. We booked through Booking.Com and made specific requests.It seems reservations don’t read requests.I requested a quiet room because of my age,I was allocated the noisiest room.Receptionit Ramados showed us 2 other rooms then moved to 2nd floor which was less noisy Thank you Ramados
