We booked over a month in advance. Turned up to someone sleeping on the sofa in reception in the dark. Woke them up and they were completely bewildered. Receptionist said they were fully booked and didn't have our room available.... We then checked online and a room was available but for three times the price we booked... After an hour of failed calls to the ***ager and no responsibility or care taken at all we had to leave and find somewhere else. Disgraceful and a scam. We've now seen other similar reviews. Do not stay here.
