Hotel Star City

I can definitely say ‘ stay here!’ The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Mr. Roopesh and one lady at reception I couldn’t catch her name. Even the security gentlemen, they were very welcoming since my first step in the hotel. The room is spacious, well cleaned and fully furnished. I stayed at 4th floor. The area feels safe and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel with reasonable price and tasty. You can also walk to the right side of hotel for local cafe and snacks. โรงแรมนี้ สะอาด พนักงานน่ารักมากกกก และ ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณที่รู้สึกไม่เป็นอันตราย ด้านล่างโรงแรมมีร้านอาหสร และใกล้ๆ มีร่านกาแฟ ขายขนมท้องถิ่น จากตรงโรงแรม เรียกอูเบอร์ เที่ยวสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้ไม่ไกลมาก เราเดินทางคนเดียว สะดวกดีค่ะ

Staff support was outstanding. Rooms were excellent and maintained very well. The staff assisted us in scheduling a cab for our next trip at the time of checkout after our original cab booking did not materialize.

Highly recommend the hotel overall satisfied with the stay for 2 nights. Rooms were very clean and up to standard and staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Enjoyed the stay. Big Thank you to the General Manager and the rest of the staff.

Excellent service and place to stay! Rooms and foods were amazing. Namely Mr Logesh and Mathivanan were willingly helpful and guided us well on the nearby stores to purchase our goods and lunch. Will recommend and come back again! 👌

We were a group of 6 and this is one of the few star hotels that offered a single room. The room we stayed was an apartment type. Very spacious. The amenities were very good. Staff were very helpful. We always had our requests fulfilled or queries answered very quickly. The location is also super convenient. Closer to shopping, VFC center, restaurants.

This has become my all time favourite hotel in Chennai. Nice, comfortable and nearby to a lot of major destinations. Now about the staffs of this hotel. I have never experienced such nice and humble staffs in my whole life in many hotels I have been around the world. I stayed here with my wife for a combo of business, first day show of a movie and our wedding anniversary. The staffs here gave us a surprise with a cake and celebrated together with us. Such nice staffs. Definitely will be back here again and again. Thank you so much, Star City Hotel staffs.
