Good location.... Good food.. Good front office ...But very poor poor room service,.. furthermore you need to wait easily more then 5 minutes for hot bath... Second time stay over there .. won't stay there anymore

I had a good time ... Food was good , staff was very helpful, location a bit noisy but easy access to metro train station, so moving around was easy and good ... Would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget travel . Would sure to come stay here again .. Thank you to the ever friendly and helpful staff

I booked a large three-room apartment. Instead, I only received a single room with one bed. Furthermore, there was no proper hot water, the room wasn't clean, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Drinking water was only provided once. This does not correspond to the booked accommodation and is unacceptable to me. 🙈

It's located in a very busy area, close to the subway and train stations. I arrived after midnight, but was able to check in. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Bottled water is provided. The room was spacious and clean, although it looked a little old. There was also a desk and chair, which was convenient. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the shower to get hot water.

Worst experience, the hotel was in very bad status, and the rooms were in very bar condition . we vacated the room Immediately after check in , I didn't get my refund also since I booked via online, very bad experience.
