位置不錯，衞生一般，免費停車但有距離，服務有待提高，缺乏語言組織能力，感受不到顧客是上帝，但凡熱情謙和些，便不會發生不愉快之事，和氣生財之道想必都懂。

停車不方便，衞生條件極差，被套上還有前面旅客留下來的長頭髮。毛巾也是用過的沒換。牙刷也是前面旅客用過的！淋浴噴頭也是壞的。能夠花錢住這種私人民宿也是夠倒黴的。再也不會住這種民宿了。
