The hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and very nice decoration, kids are very happy there! The manager Daniel speaks English perfect and help us with any problems! We will come back again 👍🏼

酒店環境這些倒是可以，但是服務不行，小孩玩的地方，明明有免費的，酒店卻不提醒，害得我們幾個小孩在8樓收費的遊玩設施付費，白白浪費200多塊錢。並且，付費的還沒有免費的區域好，真是無語，強烈要求酒店退還費用。

圖一圖二是八樓的遊樂場，是要另外收費的，88一個小朋友。買了票以後看見另外個客人帶了三個小朋友，三個小朋友價格直接少了三分之一。衹能説還是人多划算，那怎麼不給我們湊個單。
自助餐看起性價比不高，五一節樓上的點餐衹有套餐。
重點來了，我帶了一個戒指放在客房裡忘記拿走了，根本沒有帶出去，明確的放裏面忘拿。酒店説沒有，而且接電話是一個女前台，態度極差。

之前去澄江帶都是都是住希爾頓。
聽説海豚灣酒店周邊已經施工的差不多了。
這次想着帶孩子去感受一回。
結果從電話溝通就很不滿。
因為定了兩間房，提前跟前台電話溝通説能不能安排相鄰的兩間房，方便照顧孩子。結果前台姑娘很可笑的説她們酒店規定不能提前挑選房間，得到前台再定。
我就想問問你們哪個酒店不能滿足客人這種小要求。特別是親子酒店。攜家帶口的住隔壁肯定更方便。
其次就是你們憑什麼要三點才能入住？大家都是帶孩子出來玩，午覺都是想在酒店休息的。你們入住時間晚，退房時間要求早。真是店大欺客啊。
又花了錢帶孩子去看海豚表演，排隊進去看之後，真是非常失望。Low的不行。一羣工作人員就是沒見過錢一樣。給人感覺就是靠忽悠孩子的天真去賺錢。
酒店配套的遊樂區域，我感覺除了泳池不收費，哪哪哪都是需要二次消費的。關鍵給人感覺又不值這個價。
酒店在山上，對於我這樣自駕的出酒店採購倒是方便。有一些不是自駕來的遊客希望多一些擺渡車，不然人家吃個飯，買個東西多不方便。
作為撫仙湖一個小眾且夏天會讓昆明及周邊地區選擇過週末的親子酒店，不能光靠酒店的五花八門的外觀硬件吸引人，而是需要把軟性服務和配套提高。
特別是前台人員，別拽的****一樣。你們得明白你們在酒店工作，給你們發工資的是來住店的客人。
