Wanda Vista Yuxi Fuxian Lake

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with excellent facilities. The one-on-one service was attentive, and the villa area had stunning views, perfect for photos. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel has a hot spring and a swimming pool. You can also enjoy water activities and sandy beaches not far from the hotel. The hotel breakfast is also good, especially the soft and delicious rice noodles, and the steamed cakes with lotus root starch are also nice.

Staying at the Wanda Vista Hotel Fuxian Lake was a rather disappointing experience and didn't meet my expectations. My main complaints are about the hotel's facility shortcomings: 1. The accessibility features are inadequate. A family member sprained their ankle and had difficulty moving around. I appreciate that a wheelchair was provided, but it couldn't access the central lake view area of the hotel; we could only push it along the outer perimeter of the villa area. The breakfast restaurant is on the second floor, and the elevator was temporarily out of service, so we had to get takeout and eat in our room. 2. The soundproofing of the guest room doors is poor. Conversations from guests and staff in the hallway were clearly audible. 3. The view from the standard room on the first floor was subpar. As shown in the picture, it overlooked an empty parking lot with a few scattered trees. The butler service, however, was commendable – they were responsive and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, they couldn't resolve the issue of proper wheelchair access within the hotel. I hope management can pay more attention to guests with mobility issues and improve service quality.

This is our second time staying at the Wanda Vista Hotel, and also our second time in one of their villa rooms. The room was very quiet and private! It was incredibly spacious, so much so that when we checked out, we were constantly searching for our belongings. More importantly, it had a private pool and hot tub. We stayed for two days this time and didn't go anywhere else. The kids loved playing in the water, and they spent both days happily splashing around at the hotel.

The location is right across from Moon Bay. Luckily, I got a room upgrade, so the space was much bigger. The staff I encountered were all very warm and attentive, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious too.

This hotel is grand and pays great attention to detail. The bathroom has double sinks, and the room is spacious with a unique view from every angle. The restaurant is excellent, and it felt like I was experiencing the charm of Jiangnan while in Yunnan. There's also a private passage to the attractions. Highly recommend!

Overall, the room was good, but the window screen had a slight issue, making it a bit inconvenient to open and close. There's a swimming pool, but unfortunately, the cold water wasn't working. The service was good. Double ticket to Moon Bay Wetland Park: Easy to use, and the hotel is just a few minutes away.
