It is very nice of them , to upgrade my room to a children suite. The only concern is, the robot probably need an upgrade. When I came out from the lift with a big luggage, the robot blocked our way not moving. We have difficulty coming out.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I got the benefit of room upgrade, which was such a surprise! There is free fruit as soon as you enter the room! The room is huge! The room is super comfortable! There is a sauna! There is a bathtub! Stayed for three days and soaked for three days! This is the most value-for-money experience in the more than ten years since I signed up as a Ctrip member (previously registered by Ctrip staff in handwriting while waiting at the airport)! marvelous!

I have stayed here many times. It is very close to West China Hospital and very convenient. It only takes five minutes to walk from the back door of the hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Gao who contacted me provided very good service. She took the initiative to care about the check-in situation and experience. She also recommended the free breakfast for registered members. The breakfast was also very good. The room was upgraded to a larger river view room for free, which was very humane and comfortable.

I was surprised when arrived cause many comments mentioned that was not a 5 star hotel . Welcome gift at the reception and also English speaking staff . Rooms were old style but very comfortable with all the 5star amenities. Gym and swimming pool are great !!! Only negative was that on breakfast you couldn’t choose type of eggs … I will come again for sure

I was very impressed by how luxurious and clean the room was, also with great location, all the staff are very professional. Given a special mention for Nick Yang, he is very patient, friendly has a great attitude. he also had great personality and lots of respect for us. Great experience living in Wanda. Definitely recommend this hotel for people want living in Chengdu for holidays.

Great hotel. The location is great and there is a subway station named after it. The service is attentive. Although the National Day restaurant is crowded, the ladies patiently plan the location and arrange meals for the guests. Travel is convenient, you can choose from parking, taxi, bus or subway. The hotel itself is also beautifully designed, with a French retro feel, with ponds, fountains, lawns, and flower paths. It is recommended that everyone take a Hotel walk in addition to the City walk.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, huge for two people and had a really nice tatami setup with a tea table. Breakfast is great though it’s just Chinese cuisine so choose to have breakfast elsewhere if that’s not for you. The hotel offers 3 local snacks daily from 2-10pm, which pretty much served as dinner for us. Personal favourites were the dan dan noodles and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Hotel is located 5min away from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station (~1 hr+ from tianfu international airport) and located in proximity to the local attractions eg wu hou shrine, wen shu temple, kuan zhai alley, people’s park, cheng du museum etc. which were all ＜10-20 min drive away via Didi (uber equivalent - they have an English app if you need it and a real life saver). Even the ancient towns eg Luo dai, Jie zi, yuan tong were very accessible from this hotel with Didi (~1 hr’s drive away) where public transport will take ~2-3 hours with service ending around 5pm.

The room is very good and the location is very convenient. It is very close to Huaxi. There are many small restaurants around. It is very convenient to eat. The service staff is super good. Nice room for a booking on a weekend that was less than 500rmb per night with breakfast! I got a Superior Room with Queen bed for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and it was very spacious. Good sofa, comfy bed, a chair and table next to the large TV, and even a tub and shower stall. The location is also great. Close to the subway and in a central part of the city, so seeing the popular attractions was very convenient. I could communicate with the staff with my basic Chinese and we used translation apps when necessary also. The breakfast was also very filling. I don't eat too much in the morning, but the variety of Chinese and Western foods was good. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again when I'm back in Chengdu.

成都人民南路東街，房屋乾淨整潔，很安靜睡眠很好，這位置太方便了，離地鐵站很近出門方便，入住體驗一級棒，電視，空調，還有中秋節，房間準備了月餅，很好吃，還有小沙發，和桌子，24小時都有熱水，多晚回來都能洗熱水澡，衛生間檯面乾淨牙具那些都挺好，坐了一天車，正好沒吃飯，吃了一個蛋黃味的月餅，填了下肚子，簡直就是及時雨a，房屋布置精美，還有熊貓抱枕，前台工作人員態度都非常好，特別是那個小姐姐很好很好，在我入住過的酒店裡這家性價比最高的一家，價格也不貴，這家總體感覺就很好，準備去成都的直接閉眼沖就是了，性價比真的太高了！！！

The room was very clean, the welcome gift upon check-in was very considerate, and the lady at the front desk upgraded the room type for free. Breakfast is also very rich. It's very convenient to take the subway around to eat. I will stay here next time It is a dryer that only uses air drying. There is no smart dryer. I hope it can be improved.

The service was very warm. The front desk made us feel at home as soon as we entered. We were allowed to have breakfast in advance because we had something to go out before breakfast time. If we couldn't come back in time after check-out, we were given an extension. Not to mention the service.

The layout has a Chinese classical charm, Chinese paintings and Chinese decoration styles are worth having. My family likes it very much. It is a 10-minute walk from Jiuyanqiao Bar Street and a 10-minute ride from Koi. It is near the subway entrance and has Huishui Town for food.
