I have stayed here many times. It is very close to West China Hospital and very convenient. It only takes five minutes to walk from the back door of the hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Gao who contacted me provided very good service. She took the initiative to care about the check-in situation and experience. She also recommended the free breakfast for registered members. The breakfast was also very good. The room was upgraded to a larger river view room for free, which was very humane and comfortable.

I was surprised when arrived cause many comments mentioned that was not a 5 star hotel . Welcome gift at the reception and also English speaking staff . Rooms were old style but very comfortable with all the 5star amenities. Gym and swimming pool are great !!! Only negative was that on breakfast you couldn’t choose type of eggs … I will come again for sure

Great hotel. The location is great and there is a subway station named after it. The service is attentive. Although the National Day restaurant is crowded, the ladies patiently plan the location and arrange meals for the guests. Travel is convenient, you can choose from parking, taxi, bus or subway. The hotel itself is also beautifully designed, with a French retro feel, with ponds, fountains, lawns, and flower paths. It is recommended that everyone take a Hotel walk in addition to the City walk.

The hotel is very unique. The red lanterns on the exterior can be seen from a distance. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly. The room is large and the bed is spacious, with phalaenopsis blooming and drinks flowing freely. The breakfast is rich and includes cheese, which many hotels don't have. The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

My parents like Minshan Hotel, so I came here to experience it this time. Facilities: The hotel has a bit of history, but both the exterior and interior decoration are well maintained. The newly renovated room charging port is sufficient, and the room is also equipped with an adapter for multi-purpose charging plugs. Service: What is particularly worthy of recognition is the service. You can feel the detailed service from the moment you arrive at the gate. As soon as we arrived at the door, the waiter helped us with our luggage. When we checked in, the girls at the front desk were enthusiastic and thoughtful. They gave the children breakfast and children's gift bags. We also upgraded our room type when we extended our stay the next day. A very good experience 🫶🏼The housekeeper was so considerate. He gave us fruit afternoon tea and desserts. He helped us book a car and received express delivery to the room. The restaurant is great and the food is delicious! Will definitely come again next time Although it is an internet celebrity restaurant, it is very quiet and there are not many people. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the sound of cars outside in the morning

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, huge for two people and had a really nice tatami setup with a tea table. Breakfast is great though it’s just Chinese cuisine so choose to have breakfast elsewhere if that’s not for you. The hotel offers 3 local snacks daily from 2-10pm, which pretty much served as dinner for us. Personal favourites were the dan dan noodles and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Hotel is located 5min away from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station (~1 hr+ from tianfu international airport) and located in proximity to the local attractions eg wu hou shrine, wen shu temple, kuan zhai alley, people’s park, cheng du museum etc. which were all ＜10-20 min drive away via Didi (uber equivalent - they have an English app if you need it and a real life saver). Even the ancient towns eg Luo dai, Jie zi, yuan tong were very accessible from this hotel with Didi (~1 hr’s drive away) where public transport will take ~2-3 hours with service ending around 5pm.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!
