Chengdu Kuanzhai People's Park Subway Station Atour S Hotel

Chengdu University of TCM/Kuanzhai Alley Nearby Area Chengdu|1.63km from Sichuan Chinese Culture College
Hygiene: Everything is OK. It is not bad for a newly opened hotel. There are alcohol tablets to clean the toilet. I am very satisfied. Environment: The location is good. It is very close to the People's Park and is very convenient. However, due to the traffic volume, it is quite noisy. When sleeping, the double-layer soundproof glass must be closed. After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Of course it was still daytime, so I followed the front desk’s advice, turned on the window and turned off the air conditioner, and went out to play. When I came back in the evening, after a whole afternoon of turning off the air conditioner and ventilating, the room temperature was still 30 degrees, and it was too hot at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. We went there and saw that the actual temperature in the room was 18 degrees. (I laughed so hard that 27 degrees was not made up or not. How did it come about?) I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. The hotel settings, in When guests come up with various solutions to solve their problems, the staff do it in a perfunctory manner. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

Not to mention other things, the service at this Sheraton is really good. The concierge at the door will take the initiative to help open the door and carry the luggage. The lady at the front desk has a sweet smile, and her attitude is friendly and not greasy, gentle and gentle ( The name on the name badge is Summer Wang. If the boss sees it, he can add a chicken drumstick to Miss Summer🥰). The room service delivers things very quickly (the phone rings before the doorbell is hung up, which is really rare). The swimming pool is not big. But very clean. Although there were a lot of people at breakfast time, the management was in an orderly manner. Although the waiters were busy, their attitude did not change due to the large number of people. I casually said to the children ”I'm going to find a spoon”, and the waiter sister hurriedly hurried on her way After hearing the instructions, they were very proactive. Every staff member they saw in the corridor would smile and say hello. I was transferred from another hotel and only stayed here for one day. My family members complained why I didn't just stay here for three days. .. Misstep, I will stay a few more days next time I come. The only thing that feels strange is the direction of the lobby at the entrance? It's a little strange. The entrance to the car is facing a wall, and the aisle of the car is relatively narrow. Although, there was no traffic jam. When I checked out, I saw many online taxis parked at the door and they pulled over in an orderly manner. All in all, the management service is great! It was so full during the National Day period, but I didn’t feel any obvious discomfort. The praise was +10086. Oh, by the way, the dandan noodles for breakfast are delicious! Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Canopy by Hilton Chengdu City Centre

My recent stay at this Chengdu hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I have several reasons to rave about it: To begin with, the hotel's location is undeniably prime, nestled right in the heart of Chengdu. This central position made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's vibrant offerings. Remarkably, it's also one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in under $200 USD, offering exceptional value for the discerning traveler. While the check-in lobby proved slightly confusing to navigate, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and guide me to the correct destination. Once there, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and to my delight, they even presented me with a lovely souvenir to take back home as a memento of my stay. The hotel itself exuded a modern and tastefully decorated ambiance, which immediately caught my eye. The room numbers, designed with charming creativity, added a touch of whimsy to the experience. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art amenities, including heated seats, making it an oasis of comfort and luxury. The bed was irresistibly fluffy, and the efficient AC kept the room refreshingly cool during the summer. I particularly appreciated the hotel's thoughtfully curated color scheme, which added to the overall aesthetic appeal. The room's layout was well-planned, maximizing both functionality and comfort. In summary, staying at this Chengdu hotel was an absolute delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. With its prime location, exceptional value, modern decor, and well-appointed amenities, it offers an unforgettable experience that you won't regret. 10/10

In a building with more than one hotel, reception is easy to find though. Kind and fast service. Room with a great view of the city and quite a few amenities (Bluetooth built-in speakers, Japanese toilet). Comfortable mattress. Pretty close to the metro station and conveniently close to the city center (tianfu square). Would stay again for great value for money.

The breakfast was very rich, the reception service was particularly warm, and the subway was next to it, and the traffic was very convenient. The price is more economical than the same building and the floor is higher.

The hotel experience was very good this time. The young lady at the front desk wanted to praise her. The service was very good. She was very patient with the baby. There was a faint orange fragrance in the room. The baby wants to interact with the smart robots in the lobby whenever he has time. The laundry room and restaurant in the hotel are good news for a lazy person like me, and the decoration is very beautiful, but his photography skills are limited, so I can’t. Show the best results. Only 100 meters away from the subway entrance, convenient transportation, and a new store, super cost-effective. Baby is having fun

Because I have a baby, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a large bed for free, so the risk of the baby falling out of the bed is much smaller. Thank you again, lady! The room is not too big, but has complete facilities. My mother likes the smart toilet in the bathroom. The automatic lid is very user-friendly. The baby likes the small tent in the house and gets into it when nothing happens. The TV is quite big, but the programs are all charged separately. Fortunately, you can watch them through screen projection. The hotel breakfast is also good, with some Chinese and Western food. I love the egg yolk and quicksand horns. The experience may be better if there is seated coffee. Needless to say about hygiene, Hilton's quality is still there. The environment is also very good. Although the room faces the street, it is not noisy. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk from Kuanzhai Alley. We have children and elderly people so we walk slower. I like Zaozi Lane next to it, a cozy and cozy street. There are a lot of delicious things too. The hotel also has a small gym, which is not large but has many facilities, including treadmills and elliptical machines. There is also a self-service laundry room, but we didn't try it.

Positives: The rooms are really good looking and clean. The location is great - a lovely area to walk around and explore. The staff are very polite and kind. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Very strong AC. Really large room sizes. Negatives: NOISY!!! Always noisy - day and night. There is construction on the fourth floor. There is music playing in the hall all day and all night which you can hear in the room (especially if you are in a room where the speaker is directly outside the door). There is no sound proofing and you can hear people in the other rooms across the hall and people shouting in the hall. Aiyi didn’t make the bed - just gave new towels and water - I thought this was a little strange? Bar is limited.

Upgrade the room for RMB 1 for each day land me with tatami style room. Room look dated some broken here and there’s not complain much but ok for stay not for 4* hotel though. Weird lighting setup, need to walk to bed area only can have master lighting to light up the room, else at door rather dark. Situated at 1 min away from K exit from TCM university metro station. Near to Kuan zhai alley (950meters), Qingyang palace (4-500meters) and Dufu cottage (didn’t go as don’t have enough time). Convenient using metro to Jinsha museum and most of the place.
