I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again. The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay. Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services. Echo is the best person to speak to for advices on the choices of attractions to visit. He could even provide details on tourist locations beyond the city realm and gives you the perfect guide to time your journey as well as relevant information on far-away tourist sites. Thousand thanks to him as it made my holidays all the more merrier!

Good location, but the entrance is difficult to find. Be aware there is a lot of building work going on in the area, although you can’t hear it from inside. Staff were very friendly, but made a mistake at check in with my visa meaning they woke me very early the following morning by phone. After saying I could bring down my passport at any time they then woke me again by knocking on the door. They initially agreed to a partial refund, but this has never been issued. The information states languages spoken at the front desk include English, but past a basic hello this is not the case. Room was fantastic, everything you need, just disappointed in the mistakes made as I initially offered to help find the correct visa, but help was declined.

Their gym is amazing, and the staff is extremely helpful. Our bed was a bit too short in our original room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they immediately did their best to help and upgraded us to a room with a longer bed. It is also very convenient, because there is a metro stop right outside the door!

The hotel service is very good. I upgraded my room for free when I received a friend registering at the front desk. There is also a large terrace and a bathtub in the bathroom. In the evening, I went to the Mahjong private room to be very classy. The next day I picked up friends to go out and had breakfast by the way. The Chinese and Western buffet was very good.
