Room was nice and clean, water temperature was nice and hot! They even have foot bath sachets available upon requests to soak your feet in your room. Food delivery was easy, a robot sends it to your room no matter what you order. It was easy to communicate with front desk as they add your wechat upon checking in. Staff were super helpful and friendly, served me a warm drink everytime i waited in the lobby. One staff even helped me with my bag when i didnt even ask. They also allowed me to extend my room for 1 hour without any charges.

Mentu Hostel was very conveniently located on a quite street, not too far from downtown. You can easily grab a bike or take a nice stroll to the metro, or just continue exploring by foot. The rooms and architecture were beautiful, containing a lot of history inside the building’s walls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended the hotel to some friends. One day when I come back to China, I hope to stay again.

Our experience at the hotel was very good We loved the decorations, the location is awesome, breakfast was great too! All the things in the room were of a good quality too: tea, shampoo, conditioner etc everything left a very good impression The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They let us do a late check out. After checking out a few days ago, I stored my luggage in the hotel. I went to Jiuzhaigou for 3 days and 2 nights and stayed in this hotel when I came back. Both stays were five-star experiences, even better than those I have experienced in other five-star hotels. Good. The hotel is right next to the Tonghui Gate of the subway. There are many restaurants nearby. The meeting point for local tours is at the Qintai Archway outside the hotel. All rooms in the hotel are newly decorated with small electronic controls. The large beds are extremely comfortable and the place is spotless. . All the accommodation items I need are available. I was given small gifts when I checked in, and I was given souvenirs when I left. What I particularly like is that all the staff made me feel at home. From the cleaning staff to the manager, they greeted me with smiles every day and often asked us what we had in store. Need or help. I would like to especially thank the front desk staff Xiao Yuan, Xiao Pu, Xiao Hai and Uncle, etc., who gave us a lot of real travel advice and help during my multi-day stay. The success of a hotel depends on these employees. Five star service. I will definitely choose Manxin Hotel next time I travel to China.
