The service is very good, I often like this hotel. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The bed in the room is very comfortable. Usually when I stay in other hotels, I often find myself unable to sleep in the middle of the night. However, this hotel allows me to sleep deeply every time and feel full of energy the next day. The location is also very easy to find. There are coffee shops and convenience stores next to the hotel which is very convenient. There is a teahouse and private kitchen on the second floor, which is quite complete. The hotel is a smart hotel, which is more convenient. You can control lights and curtains with your voice. Overall, I am very satisfied and will continue to stay.

1️⃣The location is good, next to Sichuan News Group, nearby Chunxi Road and Wangfujing Department Store, where you can eat, drink, play and take street photos within walking distance. 2️⃣The transportation is convenient. There are direct sightseeing buses to Sanxingdui, Panda Base, and Dujiangyan, and the fares are affordable. 3️⃣Talking about the hotel, Atour has its own scent and personality, which you can smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The hotel is also very warm. We arrived in January and it was the twelfth ***** month of winter outside, so the hotel felt like spring all year round. 4️⃣The room is spacious and relatively clean. I don’t know if there are many tourists staying here, but the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable and not very supportive. I didn’t sleep well at night. Maybe my sleep quality is average and I am sensitive to pillows and mattresses. Atour, which is famous for its pillows, is not as supportive as the Hampton by Hilton pillows. 5️⃣Although the breakfast categories are small, the quality is good, and the cost of fruits is quite large. I like it. The fried glutinous rice cakes at breakfast really have local characteristics and are delicious. 6️⃣ Let me talk about another dissatisfaction. There are coffee stains on the floor of the hotel shower room. The color is quite disgusting and can be associated with other liquids. The hotel said that there was residual disinfectant and if it was not cleaned thoroughly, it would lose its disinfecting effect. Alas, should you consider switching to a colorless disinfectant?

This high - quality hotel with excellent service , very good staff and etc . Which is mercure hotel Chengdu was one of my memorable stays. Why ? The minute we arrived a staff called George, helped us with our bags immediately in a kind manner . Once we checked another helpful staff called Mia explained to us which restaurants to eat and what to see in Chengdu . Her recommendations were fantastic.The room we booked was the cheapest room , and the hotel also gave us free food in the fridge . When we did the laundry they had a service were they could do it for us . My favourite about this was the location it was really near to malls and shops.I really appreciated all the hard work generated by all the staff and the hotel.

I came to Chengdu with my boyfriend, so I booked a hotel in the city center. The price was not high for the hotel, but the cost performance of Chengdu really surprised me! 😝 1. The quilt sheets and pillowcases are all clean, 😍 and they seem to have been ironed. It really cures obsessive-compulsive disorder. I didn’t even change the disposable bedding I brought with me; 2. The smart toilet seat equipped in the bathroom is very considerate, 👏 and the corners are wiped very carefully; 3. The whole house is smart, I really love it. When I get up in the morning, ”Xiaodu Xiaodu, help me open the curtains.” The sun shines in and I feel good all day long~ In general, it is really good, and the service is thoughtful~ I recommend it to families traveling to Chengdu! 👍👍👍
