Very very pleasant experience! Location - this is a superb location. Food, metro station, centralised, all within walking distance to various attractions. Metro is practically just downstairs E2 and E1 entrance! And many good and super popular food outlets like 冯校长steamboat, 陶德砂锅，麻六记酸辣粉，etc. are iust downstairs! Service - can't say enough, am super happy with every single staff service. Be it front desk (林姓前台服务员）, restaurant or cleaning staff. Room - clean, comfortable bed and pillow, big room. Suggest having the room on the inner side of the hotel. The one facing the road, nice view, but super noisy. My only 2 concerns would be no full length mirror in the room, only 1 half body mirror in bathroom, The other concern is the sound proofing from the corridor. Am always awaken by the noises from corridor in the morning. In any case, I will highly recommend any 1st time visitor to Chengdu to stay in this hotel. Superb! 👍 Just realised a hiccup, a very good lock 🔒 I bought from USA is lost in the room. Wondering what happened. Hopefully it could be recovered by the hotel. Will update all.

The service was super good. It was quite late when I arrived. The front desk upgraded the room type and gave me pineapple cakes and milk. The breakfast in Linzhi was also great. Highly recommended for accommodation!

The lobby manager is very reasonable. Because we really can’t have breakfast during the Chinese New Year, we brought our children and let them in for breakfast. It turns out that one breakfast coupon is given to each room. It feels very unreasonable. I told him where to eat nearby and we can solve it ourselves. The first mate will consider it. The doors were closed during the Spring Festival, so I agreed that the adults and children in the 6 rooms would have breakfast together. Thank you very much.

Let me talk about the shortcomings first, the sound insulation is not good, the child next door is crying, the TV next door is really noisy. After feedback with the front desk, the front desk sent a waiter to communicate, and then it was quiet. Advantages: Just beside the subway station, travel is very convenient. You can walk to the Sichuan Museum and Du Fu Caotang, more than ten minutes, and 40 minutes to Shuangliu Airport subway. Going back to the morning subway 6:23 to the station, each station is a perfect transfer, Chengdu subway is very intimate for tourists to consider haha, arrived at the airport on time. The surrounding environment is good, stay in room 8422, 8426, the park is outside the window, the birds and flowers are fragrant, the air is good, the windows are small, and the ventilation is changed. The room is very warm in winter and it is a bit hot to fall asleep at night. There are top sprays and showers, and the overall look is relatively clean The room is quite big, there is a coffee table, convenient for takeaway. We called takeaway for breakfast every day, and we called a supper on the first day. The takeaway was delivered upstairs by the front desk clerk. Overall it is quite satisfactory. Finally, when I checked in, it was the Spring Festival holiday, and I presented fruit and yogurt. My mother next door was two boxes of yogurt. Why are we a box of yogurt? Haha, I don't understand the reason for the difference.

The sanitary environment of the guest room is acceptable. I saw a small cockroach and there were black marks on some corners. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a delicious night market downstairs. It is not far from the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base and Zhaojue Temple is only a 20-minute walk away. The hotel service is very good, and the front desk is warm and considerate.
