The service attitude is very good. The room facilities and hygiene are all good. It is very close to Tianjie Shopping Mall, convenient for eating, shopping and transportation

During our summer family trip, we booked a family room with one large and one small bed through Ctrip. The location is unbeatable; it's right at the subway exit. Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are literally on the doorstep, and getting around Chengdu was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotless, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Our Chengdu trip was a complete success!

Environment: The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning temperature was just right for summer. Facilities: The TV's screen casting feature worked perfectly, and there were plenty of power outlets in the room, which was incredibly convenient. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and welcoming, making the entire check-in experience excellent.

Location: The hotel is situated in a prime downtown location, offering excellent transportation links with multiple bus routes and subway stations nearby. It's only a 10-minute walk to major attractions, making it perfect for tourists. Room Facilities: The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a modern yet cozy decor. The beds are comfortable, and high-quality bedding is provided. Bathrooms are well-equipped with complimentary toiletries. Room service was prompt, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout our stay. Dining Services: The hotel's restaurant offers a diverse range of breakfast options.

I always stay at this Ji Hotel whenever I'm in Chengdu. Its location is excellent, just 100 meters from Exit E of Tonghuimen Station on Line 2. The hotel rooms are quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable, and there's parking available downstairs. The lobby offers coffee and lemon tea, and I particularly love the signature Ji Hotel tea fragrance. Plus, the Xi'an North Road snack street is conveniently located right next door. It would be even more perfect if the rooms were equipped with latex memory foam pillows.

The hotel boasts an absolutely superb location, with a subway station literally right at its doorstep. For anyone dead-tired after a full day of exploring, walking straight from the subway into the hotel is pure bliss! The surrounding area is also packed with fantastic food options – you'll find everything imaginable, too much to try in one visit! Breakfast was delicious, featuring a great selection of fresh fruits; during my stay, they had grapes, plums, and peaches. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip! Oh, and there's a Luckin Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick caffeine boost whenever you need it!

Choosing the JI Hotel Airport International City for this trip was a real smart decision! Xiao Luo, the front desk staff, was friendly, quick to check in, and patiently answered all my questions. For self-driving, the hotel's free parking lot is spacious and convenient; simply record your license plate and you're good to go, no worries about parking. Even more convenient is the free airport transfer service. I contacted the hotel in advance about my flight time, and the driver proactively contacted me and offered to help with luggage, whether I was picking someone up or dropping off a gift. It was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip! [grin]

Overall, I am very satisfied with the living experience. It is quiet and convenient for travel. It is relatively close to Wenshuyuan subway station and easy to find. I like the breakfast very much. I will choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time.

This is a brand new hotel. Both the ambiance and service were excellent. The breakfast quality was also quite good, especially since the buns and dumplings were handmade, not pre-packaged. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and friendly too. My only minor suggestion would be to provide alcohol wipes or disposable toilet seat covers in the restrooms.

Stayed here for four nights, very comfortable, very close to the Red Archway on Line 3, there are many affordable local restaurants in the southeast, northwest and northeast directions within five minutes downstairs. The cleaning lady cleaned very clean, thank you for your hard work. The front desk staff Xiao Wang, Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhang provided very good service, smiling service and answering every question, making people feel at home. 👍 The hotel is quiet, the air conditioner in the room can adjust the temperature, not the central air conditioner, which is very humane. The breakfast is also very delicious, especially the small spring rolls ~ If I come to Chengdu again next time, I will continue to choose this one.
