Arrived at the airport station by high-speed train, called the hotel to ask for directions, and they told us to walk across to the panda sign at the terminal, where they would send a car to pick us up. This was my first time staying at a hotel near the airport, and the facilities were quite new, with excellent service, especially from Xiao Na and Xiao Xia. They brought us fruit and, at our request, extra bottled water. Surprisingly, despite being so close to the airport, it wasn't as noisy as I'd imagined; it was actually pretty quiet. The only downside was having to wake up early because the hotel shuttle only runs every half an hour, so I had to get up extra early.

The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service. After landing at Shuangliu Airport, I called the hotel, and the driver promptly called me back to arrange pickup. The morning drop-off service was also very punctual. During check-in, the front desk proactively asked if I had a flight the next day. I just needed to provide my departure time, and they arranged the shuttle based on that. They also offered a wake-up call service in the morning, so I didn't have to worry about oversleeping. I must say, it was incredibly convenient!

The room was more spacious than expected, and the bedding was so soft – I fell asleep instantly, completely undisturbed by any airport noise. In the morning, the breakfast spread in the restaurant far exceeded what you'd typically find at this price point, with freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, and a variety of Western pastries. What truly stood out was the service from Ryan Jiang at the front desk and the hotel's shuttle service. Ryan was professional and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything. The hotel shuttle was perfectly on time, and the driver proactively helped with luggage. It only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport, so there's absolutely no rush. Whether it's for a business trip or a travel layover, this hotel will definitely be my first choice next time. I've already recommended it to my colleagues who fly frequently!
