It was already five o'clock and the room had not been cleaned yet. It felt very unprofessional. I had to find someone else to come over and do it for a long time before I could check in. I still checked on Ctrip. The four-star hotel I wrote about did not feel professional at all. It was a very disappointing experience. Also, was the room I stayed in cleaned? I really don’t understand why the toilet is so dirty. The switch is broken. There is yellow liquid in the kettle. Look at this shower head. Isn’t it disgusting? The apples given to me actually had white mold? There were blood stains on the pillow, a large stain on the sheets, and even the bathrobe had hair. Although I am a bit mysophobic, this situation is not a matter of me being mysophobic. Basic cleanliness and tidiness should not be excessive. I will not stay at this hotel again next time, bad review! !

The water temperature alternates between hot and cold. It is an old hotel, so there are inevitably no facilities problems such as water leakage. The hotel is in a good location, so it is recommended to book with caution.

這家酒店經常來，每次我都覺得特別不錯。來之前打電話問了周邊的一些景點，前台小黃很熱情的給我介紹了，我不知道天府機場怎麼到酒店，打電話的時候順口問了一句，小黃給我介紹的特別仔細，我覺得服務的很好。床單被套也乾淨衞生，酒店工作人員做事情也很快，讓我印象很不錯

酒店停車位比較多，免費停車。酒店整體入住體驗非常不錯，前台的服務態度也很好，效率很高很專業。禮賓小王在接待的時候也非常有禮貌，在辦理入住時還給我端來一杯酒店的夏季果蔬飲。房間內採光很好，非常的乾淨整潔。下次有機會的話還會選擇入住這家酒店。
