I want to especially commend LiuRunQin, a kind, attentive, and thoroughly competent member of the cleaning staff. She came to my room immediately when I had a question about the bathtub draining system and made sure everything was working well. Otherwise, it's a fantastic hotel - delicious breakfast, close to the airport, large bathtub, great view, comfortable, friendly, efficient. I'll come back.

It is used for catching a flight overnight, and it is far away from Shuangliu Airport. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, the driver was enthusiastic, the hotel staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. I will consider staying here next time, thank you!

The airport pick-up attendant had a bad attitude. When asked for the second time how long it would take to get to the airport, he was cursing. The attitude at the front desk is poor. The room is relatively old and the sanitary condition is the worst. Everything I saw including quilts and chairs were dirty. Very poor stay experience, I will never choose Jianguo Hotel again.
