I stayed more than ten or twenty times, and every time I dropped something in the room, the hotel never once contacted me and said I had dropped something in the hotel. This time I was 100% sure that my ID card was in the room, and the next day I asked the front desk of the hotel. After asking many times, the hotel refused and said they didn't pick up anything.

This hotel is definitely the worst Vienna I've ever stayed in. The accommodation is not on the same floor as the front desk. The air conditioner doesn't work well. It's not too hot recently. It's understandable. There are oil stains on the chairs and the lights under the mirror in the corridor can't be turned off. What the hell? The elevator smells like feet, and it was almost Yue when I went up. I have lived in various places in Vienna. This one really opened my eyes.

酒店地理位置好，是周國酒店中個人感覺性價比最高的，客房乾淨衞生，打掃人員非常及時高效認真。前台接待的小姐姐態度不錯比較設身處地為客人着想酒店位置很好找，我們提前預訂了下地鐵以後幾分鐘就能到。
環境也特別好，床品不愧是大家一致誇讚的。前台小姐姐服務也蠻好的，有問題解答得也很周到。

酒店的服務非常熱情，前台妹妹小楊辦理入住的時候還主動問了睡眠情況，因為個人經常失眠，前台還給安排了一個高樓層的，服務態度很好，這點很細節周到。酒店房間也是很乾凈的，連鎖酒店還是很有保障，衞生這些做得還是好，酒店周邊吃飯購物很方便，出差住這兒還是挺好的，價格也公道。這個酒店還是很驚喜的。繼續住這裏！常駐了
