The place is clean and very convenience . Very near to Tonghuimen Station and walking distance to Kuan Zhai Alley.

Not the cleanest spot, but the location cannot be beat. Service was excellent. Fast WeChat response and we were met personally at midnight by two attendants who guided us in. Close to great alleys, food, parks, convenience stores, groceries, etc. Loved it.

Very good location, easy to get to places with the metro station downstairs. Also within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. But the rooms weren't very clean and the air cons weren't hearing properly. The shower broke but the owner reacted quickly and had someone over to fix it very quickly.

House was very warm and has every needed things. Visited during winter, glad the heater was hot enough. The most impeccable thing is how nice the owner is! He was brimming with positivity and super duper accommodating. Any issues? Ask him and he will definitely try his best to help. We stayed for 2 days there before going up to xiling snow mountain and 'unfortunately' we bought too many things and left with lots of luggages..lots of it. Owner helped keep it for us after we check out. We are super thankful for that as its hard to travel with too many stuffs. Next time visiting Chengdu, we will definitely stay here again!

Can't complain about host. He gave all information and he was very nice. View is good from window, location is very conveniente. Just on the pictures you have big and bright apartment. In reality is quite small. In general place is alright for short stay

The location is very good and we can walk to kuanzhai alley. I cannot speak Chinese, but the host try to help and explain very well.

The room is very clean and the price/performance ratio is very high. The subway entrance is right at the entrance of the community and it is a 10-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley.

The room was very comfortable, clean and hygienic. I was very satisfied with it. It is very suitable for a family. It has a super large TV and a large sofa bed. The children loved it. It is highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and the host provided great service. I recommend it to everyone and will come again next time.

1. The room we stayed in was not the one I booked. 2. The cleanliness was extremely poor; I broke out in rashes after just one night's sleep. 3. The bathroom required standing in the tub to shower, which was unsafe and unsanitary. 4. The furniture was old and had a slight odor. 5. The price was not cheap, about 100 yuan more than the ethnic hotels in Leshan and Dujiangyan, and the quality was even worse than in Leshan and Dujiangyan. We were a group of three adults and two children, and the experience was absolutely terrible!

The room looked just like the pictures, but the photos might have been taken just after the renovations. The furniture inside was actually quite old. The single bed was actually a sofa chair, and the area under it was filled with discarded fitness equipment and a skateboard. The living room didn't have air conditioning; it had to be blown from the tatami room inside. There was a fee for underground parking. The sheets and duvet covers were relatively clean.
