服務極差，要交按金，我説沒有這個法律規定，就沒讓交，這個酒店樓裏有ktv，給我安排了離ktv最近的房間，極吵，半夜2點多受不了換房間，一開始説換安靜的樓層多收費，後來我要求下不收了，房間也比較破舊發黴

房間乾淨衞生，中央空調給力，設施完善，服務很好，辦理入住迅速，配有電梯和早餐，住宿停車免費，近華陽地鐵口，樓下有蜀大俠火鍋、七掌櫃，對面有自助烤肉，非常方便，下次再來入住泊爾曼，非常滿意！

床單不乾淨，有不明毛髮，休息後身上還長包，隔音效果差，房間還有蟑螂，設施陳舊，性價比低

房間外面陽台是通着的，感覺很不安全。
前台服務一般般，一直沒表情，辦理業務時也是坐着懶得起身。衞生間的燈頻閃不停。

除了客房姐姐的服務是讓我滿意的，早餐很早去就已經沒有了，真的很不值，比如衞生，前台服務都很草率，入住體驗感極差！來了一次絕不會來第二次，與網圖配的真的不符。。。
