Great Location and spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Room is spacious and well equipped. Perfect for a long stay as there are kitchen and laundry facilities and large cupboards.

More "perfect" than I expected. In fact, I booked one night for my wedding proposal. And our Housekeeper Nanfeng (小管家南风) was so helpful. We really can count on him (flower petal, bunch of flowers, balloons, surprised breakast...). The room is incredible, like a movie with magnificient view (TaiKooLi is so beautiful at night and day) ! Perfectly cleaned, not smell, and all equipments are working (curtains buttons, screen, projector, washing machine, the fireplace...) ! 0 fail ! At the end, the proposal was more than wonderful ! I recommand it 1000%, it was unforgettable and I will come back for sure !

Superb stay with an excellent view of Tai Koo Li!
I like how we have an assigned butler whom we can check things with. The photos on here look just like in-person

The service is great here, the receptionists have sweet voice and very polite, the 管家 is very helpful, when we need help on purchasing panda ticket. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfy. It comes with washing machine and dryer too so we can wash our clothes during the trip which is very convenient :) they gave us a cute panda breakfast when we check out, how sweet. The location is convenient, it is just stone throw away from the 春熙路 subway station exit B, and walking distance to IFS and 太古里, the view from the room also able to see both IFS and 太古里, very nice. We were very satisfy with our stay at Iseya.

Amazing location, right in the centre and next to the metro. Service was great from the get-go. Spacious room with cool designs and layout, had a lot of amenities. Cleanliness was very good.

Best and comfort hotel.I stay in winter time .hotel is a bit hot sultry.but the service is super great.will definitely comeback again if I travel in chengdu.

Central Heating started though it’s still reasonably warm in late November. But temperature cannot be controlled in the room. Too hot, particularly in bedrooms. Staff did bring a cool air fan after inquiry, but only one bedroom gets it, and it’s too noisy at night. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay for Chengdu.
