The hotel is near MRT station and great customer service. Provide self service tea station at the lobby. Nearby the hotel have supermarkets and many restaurants.

Service wasn’t that great. The hotel smelt really high of smoke, even in the non-smoking room. Once the vent was on, the smoke smell was coming in so we had to shut off the vent. Location was good, took only 5 minutes to get to our destination.

The room size is OK, the transportation is convenient, there are KFC and RT-Mart nearby, the 7th floor is very quiet, but the biggest problem is that once there are many people staying, there is almost no hot water
