Chengdu Taikoo Li IFS Joya Hotel

Location is very good, near Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road shopping district Metro is convenient, is located in the middle of Chunxi station & Dongmen Station.

During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. I'm impressed how thoughtful and warmth with the frontline staff here. Attached handwritten by the staff when they cleaned up my room. Will comeback again

This hotel was a little confusing to find because it's right next to another hotel and they have elevators side by side in what seems to be the same building, but the doorman was able to assist me in going to the right place and up to the 37th floor check in. Great location - a very short walk away from Taikooli area and near a lot of great restaurants and cafes. clean and comfortable room with a nice smart toilet. Bilingual staff also helped me order a courier to send my bottles of wine that I had bought at an event in Chengdu back to Beijing, so great service and convenience. At the end of my stay, they even offered a gift of either a cute panda bag, tea or coffee! I chose the coffee because I drink it daily, but the panda bag would definitely be a great souvenir. Highly recommend if you need a hotel in the bustling Taikooli area and want an upscale experience at a fairly budget-friendly price.

It was my best experience. Greatest friendly staff (especially Mr. Timi) Wonderful breakfast (you must have noddles) And super close by metro If I have a chance to travel Chengdu again, I will choose the Joya unhesitatingly.

The place is quite strategic for food and shopping. The service is quite good, just as a foreign tourist who does not speak Mandarin is quite a disaster. On the 3rd day. The air conditioning of our room was off and we were only given a Fan all night.

Travelled with family. Had 2 rooms and the hotel was bery good. Location was great and staff friendly Will definately go back

Great location, Nice service

The stay was very pleasant, I was also offered a complimentary afternoon tea. Great location for exploring Chengdu. Only the elevator was disappointing as it took too long to arrive.
