不説環境怎樣 因為沒看到 首先服務特別特別特別差 甚至讓我對成都民宿有些失望 在預訂房間之前我和客服聯繫詢問四個成人帶一個小孩兒住哪個房型合適 我聽取客服的建議 並在客服推薦的連結預訂了個房間 然後客服告訴我加管家微信要房間密碼訊息 加了管家後管家強迫我加錢更改房型 我不同意就不給我我預訂房間的密碼訊息 我向客服反饋 並讓她和管家溝通 然後我給管家和客服打電話都不能接通 發訊息不回 拒絕與我溝通 當時已凌晨十二點多 無奈之下我衹好撥打12315熱線反映 在投訴以後客服管家都聯繫我 我告訴他們我很生氣並且拒絕與他們解決此事 我要等12315的處理結果時 管家對我進行辱罵並且推卸責任告訴我他不是該民宿工作人員 衹是朋友來幫忙的 我多次向管家表明 這個房間是我詢問客服聽取客服意見並在客服推薦的連結裏預訂的 客服對我進行辱罵 客服在我撥打熱線以後給我回電告知我可以給我原先預訂房間的密碼入住了 這是對外地遊客的排斥行為嗎 為什麼強迫我消費 為什麼不道歉還辱罵 成都不歡迎外地遊客嗎

千萬不要訂這個民宿 有幸訂過一次還坐地起價當你訂着房到了他那個地方給他打電話他説房間滿了讓你取消態度非常惡劣我和朋友從其他地方到成都在樓下站了四五個小時不給你退錢也不接電話接了就罵人 我們説我們訂了房現在給我們説房滿了是他的問題怎麼解決而且外面很冷 他説那你們就在樓底下站着冷關我鎚子事然後就把電話掛了 後來就聯繫不到人了他們説讓你取消訂單就是不退你錢而且當天有很多人的情況跟我們一樣到了給有個叫什麼浩的人打電話他給所有人的回答就是房滿了自己去退房真的不推薦大家去黑心民宿

民宿環境臟亂差，説是給我們升級了房型，我不知道升級到了哪裡，升級前兩室兩廳，床型1.8+1.5，説這個房型我們住不下，給我們換了一個房型，變成了一室一廳，床型依舊沒變，房間很大異味，部分照明開關也是壞的，體驗非常不好
