前廳徐經理很有耐心，態度很好的給我們辦理入住，客房尹經理非常的熱情，還幫忙把行李給我們送到房間，房間的衞生也很乾凈，很好的一次入住體驗

成都住過最差的酒店！！！
1.設施極其老舊，商務套房，2個洗臉池，一個完全沒有，另外一個水小的可憐。諾達一個洗手間，門竟然是半透明的，早知道這是商務房，可以住2個人。洗澡的旋鈕也是極其老舊，根本分不清楚
2.你能想象，房間裏面的電話，打前台電話顯示不存在，其他電話打不通，你無法聯繫上前台
3.有一張房卡找不見了，竟然扣除50元，同樣的事情在廣州，有張卡忘記還給前台，別人直接説，給我們留個紀念
4.沒有送餐機器人，每次取外賣，要下去門口取，關鍵是電梯還反應極其不靈敏
5.唯一優點，離地鐵站不遠，比較安靜

本來這個差評不想給的， 畢竟價錢確實很實惠，可是我對前台真的很無語，昨天進來電視沒法看也解決不了問題前台給我説，那就不好意思了哦……沒有任何解決方案我就要求解決這個問題，前台就給我換到了另一間房， 進去之後發現地上很多雜質，想想算了將就一下， 結果第二天早上起床拉開窗簾看到了一條迎風搖擺的不知道掛了多久的內褲， 呵呵…. 退房的時候我給前台説，前台聽完就説，好吧，就這樣您可以走啦… 呵呵呵….. 我簡直是無了個大語…. 其實酒店設施也不差， 價格也很實惠，但是管理真的很感人…. 讓人覺得十分的無語，尤其是今早上起來看到那條內褲的時候 我懷疑房間沒有打掃過…..

酒店很大氣裝修很不錯，房間也比較温馨衞生很乾凈，早餐也很豐富是自助餐還有現煮的麪條這些。工作人員也都很熱情。附近交通很便利，打車很方便，地鐵也是走幾分鐘就到了，有好幾條線，離市區的景點也都不遠，總體來説體驗感很好，性價比比較高。

房間比較小，兩個床間隔也就一米多吧，感覺這個酒店是不是主業是温泉休閑娛樂這些的，我們屋小吧枱上方的燈，的按鈕比較難按，按鈕上的字也看不太清，第二天早上門鎖感應還失靈了，還好服務員幫我們用普通鑰匙開門。
窗簾是按開關可以自動開合的，比較先進，但好像沒啥用。
總體還可以吧，睡的很舒服，毛巾啥的也都很新，很乾凈。
