Location is good. Food street nearby (望平街）. Room is spacious and clean. Recommended

The location is very convenient and I found that the staff in the hotel is very helpful😭 they give a free upgrade room for us, thanks to 笨嵩嵩 who helps us to check in, all the staff here is very helpful and friendly. The hotel located at the most lively area in Chengdu, is a night market and a lot of bar downstairs, is not far to Taiguli and Chunxi road too. I have a nice stay here, they clean and change our towel everyday🥺 I enjoyed my trip and fall in love with Chengdu🥺 Higly recommended this hotel! Thanks for all the help, I will stay in here again if I go to Chengdu again! P.S: I forgot to take picture about the hotel but definitely a nice stay I swear 🥺

Hotel located right beside food street and in the hipster market street. The bedroom equipped with modern facilities, adjustable bed and comfortable design. Walking distance to nearby attractions.

The hotel is very nice & clean in a very good location, walking distance to Chunxi Road centre. There are lots of restaurants & mini markets around this hotel. The staff do not speak English, but they use the Translation app and are very eager to help, so no issue with communication. Special mention to the young guy at Reception who is very nice & helpful. We got a free room upgrade, Thank you for this. The only downside is that the rooms feel a bit hot & muggy since the aircon/heating system can not be adjusted, so there's only hot air coming out. We didn't turn it on during our stay and opened the windows for fresh air.

Special thanks to all the front desk staff and 笨小洋who made my stay even more special by my request and help to order meituan. In summary, Benrat Hotel combines a beautiful setting with outstanding hospitality, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to fellow travelers.

Location is strategic, 10 mins walk to ChengDu IFS. Room is in clean condition, and service is nice too xD!

Clean room with everything decorated and provided with their cutey Benrat's theme. The staffs are helpful too, especially thanks to ShiYi (诗意) and BenYi （笨一) on good food recommendation and also keeping our luggage safe after we checked out (as our bus to airport is at night, but we will be exploring ChengDu in the afternoon).

Great location, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a room overlooking the river and at night and it had great views of the busy street below. The street gets busy at night and there plenty of options for food or drinks if you like drinking. The room we stayed in was fantastic. The tv is a projector which gets projected onto a screen which has a remote control which you can move up and down. The bed was very comfy and had no problems getting to sleep. Highly recommend the hotel for a stay while you’re in Chengdu.
