Later I called the front desk and didn't answer the phone. Didn't solve the problem either. Such a disappointing service for such a price. Third, I had a lot of luggage with my children, so I asked for a luggage trolley, but I didn’t get it for a long time, and there was no waiter to help carry the luggage. The room is quite big, but the problem is the noise is so loud and the service is so bad. Not a compliment. I originally wanted to stay for two more nights and hang out with friends in Chengdu, but I was so impressed by this Holiday Inn that I went to Jiuzhaigou early the next day. Moreover, the entire hotel caters to tour groups. Originally, you had to swipe a key card to go upstairs and take the elevator, but you didn't need to. You can just sit wherever you want. 非常好的酒店，下次來成都旅遊就住你家了。房間環境很好，還有浴缸，夜晚睡得很安靜，幫我調到了皇冠假日那邊，酒店自助餐很不錯，羊排牛排三文魚應有盡有，但是入住的時候前台沒有講，我要不是走錯了其實不知道酒店有自助。入住的時候酒店送了水果和屈臣氏的蘇打水，這個蘇打水真是太難喝了，以後酒店換一個送吧。
