Very good, the upper and lower two floors, the decoration style is quite like, very distinctive, suitable for a few good girlfriends to live when traveling together. Downstairs I still feel that the exterior is very general, and the room is really good. There is Dongpo Road subway station around, and there are also shopping districts, everything is very convenient

房源就在優品道對面，周圍商鋪很多吃喝都很方便，離地鐵站也很近出行便捷；房間內與圖片描述一致，裝修風格特別喜歡；與房東溝通交流很愉快，離開前還幫忙寄存行李，很愉快的一次體驗！

因突發疫情，定了五晚衹住了一晚就得緊急改行程離開成都，跟房東商量退剩餘四晚部分房費，房東小姐姐卻主動提出四晚房費全額退還！太意外了，超感動！房東小姐姐説旅行遇到這樣的突發情況要與房客換位思考，但小姐姐的損失是實實在在的，換位思考何其難。感謝！房子超棒，衹住了1天太遺憾了，等疫情平穩再找時間來成都，一定還住這裏，畢竟除了舒適的房子，還有温暖而大氣的房東小姐姐呢～再次感謝，也希望小姐姐與家人健康平安

客觀評價，房屋所在小區是比較老舊了，但樓下有很多吃的，對面有商場超市，房間裏還是乾淨的，裝飾精緻。衞生間稍小，但是有兩個，熱水器噪音會比較大，但也就是洗澡的時候，主人配了進口的洗髮沐浴產品及牙膏。對於睡眠有要求的朋友來説，一樓不遮光，二樓有點吵，我們住的時間比較長，住一天也就適應了
