The room was a pleasant surprise! It was spacious, and having a washing machine was a thoughtful touch, especially with the disinfectant and laundry detergent provided. The ladies at the front desk were also incredibly enthusiastic and friendly.

I've been to Chengdu four times, and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. It's right next to People's Park, which is perfect for taking the kids to explore, enjoy some tea, and watch the local opera. The best part is the family room; it's incredibly spacious, almost 50 square meters! It has a 2-meter bed, a single bed, a sofa, and all sorts of toys. What really impressed me was the washing machine in the bathroom, so convenient for washing the kids' clothes. They even offer a late-night snack! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied, with beef and chicken. My son even said it was as good as dinner!

We chose a family room, and the kids absolutely loved it – it came with toys, a tent, and even a small panda plushie! The washing machine in the family room was a lifesaver, especially for summer travel when you need to change clothes frequently. The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley. Breakfast was delicious and high-quality, with a great variety of options. Highly recommend!

We are a family of three and our stay was great. The facilities were complete, and we even received a welcome panda plushie and some snacks, plus a mini-fridge. It was very convenient for getting around, and there were free snacks on the first floor. They even offered warm congee at 7 PM, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The hotel facilities are really great! The mattress is just the right firmness, and the pillows are comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The shower pressure is fantastic, it was so refreshing to take a hot shower. The TV sound quality is good, and the soundproofing is excellent, so there was no noise at night. The front desk staff also provided good service, greeting me every time they saw me. When I checked in, room 326 was even upgraded!

I checked the description page, and it mentioned it opened in 2019, but it's not as old as I expected. The facilities and equipment are still quite new, and it's very clean. They even offer afternoon tea. On the day we had an early morning flight, the front desk staff, particularly employee 326, even prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the road. That was very thoughtful.

The first thing I would like to mention is the attentive and friendly staff: reception, at breakfast, room cleaning - everyone was kind, friendly and helpful in everything. We got quick responses to our enquiries on Wechat - in the evening we asked about the use of appliances and a kind lady came and showed us how to use the washing machine and air conditioning. The girl at reception (unfortunately I didn't remember the name, but it's a very nice girl with glasses) always answered any questions we had. Also, she even remembered our parcels from Taobao ordered to the hotel and when she saw us, she told us they had arrived. And then helped us unpack them. You could really feel the care in all the actions. Next is a lovely big room with beautiful decor. The large round bed is cosy and soft and the bed linen is changed on request. Good housekeeping. Every day we had towels changed and bottles of water replenished. In addition, we could always get extra water in the lobby. And noticing that we leave the room later, they did not disturb us early in the morning. The room was quiet! Although there was one day when the tarmac was being laid at night outside with all the accompanying noise, but it really does not apply to the hotel. The air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly. We were pleased with the presence of a mini washing machine (laundry detergent is available and replenished) and steamer in the room - such is not often met in hotels. The hairdryer had good sufficient power. Sockets are universal. A bonus was a large mirror in the bathroom and a full-length mirror in the hall. Also on one of the days we were unexpectedly brought a plate of fruit in the room, it was very nice! The lift to the floors with hotel rooms is operated by guest cards, which guarantees more security. To name things that could be improved, it is a bit dim lighting in the room. Also the tap in the bathroom sink was tight and seemed a little unreliable. We had breakfast included - good, reasonably varied choice of food. The staff are friendly and keep a good eye on everything. They also remembered my preferences: I like to drink tea in the morning - and at one point they themselves came over and asked me if they could make me tea... so thoughtful! There is also afternoon tea with desserts in the lobby. Plus to the above, we like the location of the hotel - convenient, it's in an important central area with lots of shops, cafes, parks around, and metro stations close by. The only thing is, if you're with multiple suitcases, consider that the path itself from the metro is nice but uneven and runs along knobbly tiles and crowded narrow sections. Probably the best option with suitcases would be to take a taxi. Our stay all week was excellent. This is a hotel we would love to return to. Thank you!

The location is great, right next to Renmin Park, making it convenient to get around. However, being in a busy downtown area, it can be a bit noisy. The facilities and decor are relatively new and minimalist, and the breakfast is quite substantial. As for service, there's room for improvement in terms of proactivity and personalization. My child wasn't feeling well due to heatstroke, and we couldn't find mung bean soup nearby. When I asked the front desk if they could help make some, I was simply told the chef was off duty. It felt like there was a lack of the human touch expected from a hotel.

The hotel offers luggage storage and the staff was very kind. Located at 5 minutes walk from people's park in a quiet lane with local street food, we had a spacious room with view. The panda plush toy is their welcone gift. Absolutely reccommend!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! This is the only hotel in the country we've stayed at that was completely smoke-free, which is incredibly important for someone as sensitive to smoke as I am. The location is also fantastic, even though walking over two overpasses made my legs a bit tired.

Great service and a lovely room! The mini washing machine was a huge convenience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chengdu.
