JI Hotel (Chunxi Road, Shuncheng Main Street, Chengdu)

This stay was incredibly heartwarming! When I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, I realized I had forgotten to purchase it and felt really awkward and unsure what to do. Thankfully, the duty manager at the front desk was very observant and immediately noticed my predicament. He thoughtfully came over to help resolve the embarrassing situation and even kindly offered a complimentary breakfast. The manager was gentle and sincere, providing truly attentive and considerate service, full of thoughtful details that were incredibly touching. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. I sincerely commend the duty manager for his thoughtful service and highly approve of this hotel's service quality. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling to Chengdu!

My experience was pretty average, and I wouldn't recommend it. If I ever need a hotel again, I definitely won't be booking this one. Besides the friendly service from the front desk lady, I can't think of a single reason to stay here again. The air conditioning was broken and didn't cool at all. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. After two nights, I finally had to demand a room change on the third day. And there's no mini-fridge! What hotel these days doesn't come with a mini-fridge? They said it's an older version of the Ji Hotel that doesn't include one, but for this price, other hotels definitely do. It feels a bit like a rip-off. Also, for such a large hotel, there are only two washing machines and two dryers. Everyone was queuing up to do laundry. I waited all evening and eventually just gave up. Plus, there was a pile of broken-down machines right next to them…

The location is excellent, quite peaceful, and very convenient for transportation.

The bed was the perfect firmness, providing a great sleep experience, and the room was quiet and soundproof. The staff were attentive and responsive, the environment was warm and comfortable, and the room offered good value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it.

The location is quiet yet convenient, very close to Wenshu Monastery. There are also many restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.
