This hotel is value for money, stayed for a week. Love Chengdu! All the staffs were very friendly too

The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and the front desk was attentive. Free drinks and cookies were provided in the lobby. There were also robots that could deliver food to the room!
